Cardio Drumming

Traditional Cardio moves paired with the rhythm of the drums! Class is beginner friendly and low impact. Participants will be surveyed to determine music preferences for the class. Bring your own bucket, drum sticks, and exercise ball to each class. Recommendations for what to purchase will be emailed to participants before class. Takes place in the Halls of Hanover in room 015. Drop in rate is $7, or purchase a monthly class pass for $25. Bring payment (cash or check) to first class. Checks can be written out to Blooming Bridge Music Therapy.
