My name is Alexa Kemmann,
MT-BC
I am the owner and director of Blooming Bridge Music Therapy, LLC. I am a wife, board-certified music therapist, and private music instructor. I support people on the journey of human flourishing through meaningful music experiences.

In 2022, I completed my board-certification in music therapy and was awarded the credential, MT-BC. I received my bachelor of arts in music therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Currently, I am a member of the American Music Therapy Association and serve on the executive board of the Great Lakes Region as secretary. In addition, I serve as the Scholarship Chair of the Association of Ohio Music Therapists.

My husband Jeremy and I reside in St. Marys, Ohio with our dog and two cats. Some of my interests include reading, snuggling with my pets, drinking coffee, spending time with family and friends, shopping at craft shows and antique stores, youth mentoring, assisting a local marching band, singing on the praise and worship team at church, and volunteering with children's church ministries.

My name is Julia Kelley, admin assistant
Julia Kelley (she/her) will receive her Masters of Vocal Performance from Ohio University School of Music in Spring 2024 and received her Bachelor of Vocal Performance from the Rome School of Music, Drama, and Art at Catholic University in 2021. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career as a full-time music administrator of a university and part time opera singer.
For the last three years at Ohio University, Julia has been the social media coordinator, PL coordinator, photographer, and administration and recruitment helper for the School of Music. At Catholic University, she was the social media and marketing assistant, recital/event assistant, and music ambassador at the Rome School of Music, Drama, and Art. She also has her own portrait photography business known as JK Photography established in January 2021.
In her free time, Julia loves to spend time with her family and friends, attending shows in the performing arts, shopping at TJMaxx and binge-watching Law and Order SVU.
