Serving Clients Since 2022

My Mission: Empower my clients to be the guide on their journey of health so they can fully flourish through engagement in meaningful music experiences. I strive to adapt music experiences to allow my clients to succeed and bloom. I believe music can create connections to bridge the gap to human flourishing.
My Vision: Create a community where individuals have the opportunity to thrive through meaningful music experiences.

My Values

My name is Alexa Kemmann,

I am the owner and director of Blooming Bridge Music Therapy, LLC. I am a wife, board-certified music therapist, and private music instructor. I support people on the journey of human flourishing through meaningful music experiences.

In 2022, I completed my board-certification in music therapy and was awarded the credential, MT-BC. I received my bachelor of arts in music therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Currently, I am a member of the American Music Therapy Association and serve on the executive board of the Great Lakes Region as secretary. In addition, I serve as the Scholarship Chair of the Association of Ohio Music Therapists.

My husband Jeremy and I reside in St. Marys, Ohio with our dog and two cats. Some of my interests include reading, snuggling with my pets, drinking coffee, spending time with family and friends, shopping at craft shows and antique stores, youth mentoring, assisting a local marching band, singing on the praise and worship team at church, and volunteering with children's church ministries.
